The best residential complex-new building in old Moscow and affordable housing

The LIFE Varshavskaya residential area became the winner of the TOP LCD 2023 new building competition, which celebrates Russian projects with the best consumer qualities. The complex took first place in the nomination “The best residential complex-new building in old Moscow, affordable housing.” The new building was recognized as the best of 20 nominees in its category.

In total, 1,513 residential complexes from all over the country took part in the competition, and projects were evaluated by more than 400 independent experts, including representatives of state authorities of Russian regions, heads of key public organizations in the field of housing construction. Each object was evaluated by the jury according to the criteria of the Standard for the Integrated Development of Territories, developed by the Ministry of Construction of Russia and DOM.RF: a total of 133 parameters were taken into account.

The TOP LCD competition has been held for the fourth year in a row: every year, new buildings from all over Russia take part in it, which compete in the level of consumer qualities.

On behalf of The Japan Institute of Architects, I would like to express my deep appreciation for your participation in The JIA 2022 OKINAWA ARCHITECT CONVENTION. Your kind attention made the convention one of the most successful events we have ever had.
Although the theme of the convention was unique and peculiar to Okinawa, I hope you enjoyed and made out the sense through the disposition among the surroundings.

Thank you very much again for your support that leads to a great success.

The Best Master Plan for a Residential Complex

The LIFE Varshavskaya residential area was marked by the Moscow Building Complex portal as one of the best residential complexes in Russia. The rating was given on the basis of the list of winners of the TOP residential complex rating, organized by ERZ.RF together with the Developer School.

The winners of the rating were determined in 15 key nominations according to various parameters, and the LIFE Varshavskaya residential area won in the nomination “Best Master Plan for a Residential Complex”. The nominees were evaluated by more than 400 experts from 52 regions of the country.

The concept of the LIFE Varshavskaya residential quarter was developed by leading architectural firms, and the placement of buildings of different heights on the territory of all phases is thought out to the maximum, taking into account their height and level of insolation.

The total area of the commissioned facilities of the residential quarter is already about 280 thousand square meters; another 5 buildings, as well as a school for 900 students, are currently under construction.
